Double Pay for Overtime!

Double Pay for Overtime is what Kenneth Stepp supports. When he worked as a polisher at the Singer Plant in Pickens, South Carolina in the 1960's, Kenneth Stepp got a lot of overtime work in the factory, polishing aluminum castings for Sears Craftsman tools on a polishing wheel. Double pay is reasonable for overtime. Kenneth Stepp will support or introduce Federal Legislation in 2007 amending the Fair Labor Standards Act to provide double pay for any overtime over 40 hours a week, and eliminating comp time exceptions.
