It looks like the oddsmakers give Hal Rogers a 52 1/2 per cent chance to get re-elected, but Kenneth Stepp a 50% chance to beat him. I guess the "house" gets to keep the difference.
In the California race, Gov. Schwarzenneger is down to a 90% chance to win--from 95% last time.
