Kenneth Stepp's law office on Knox Street in Barbourville was open for years, and subsequently closed. Kenneth Stepp now is a lawyer at Law Offices of Carl A. Short II in Manchester, Kentucky. Kenneth, Wilma, and Carson Stepp are all members of First Baptist Church of Barbourville, Kentucky, which the Stepp family attends regularly. Carson and Conrad Stepp both attend the Barbourville School in Barbourville, Knox County, where Carson in in the school choir and will be singing with the Barbourville School Choir on Sunday night at the First Baptist Church of Barbourville, Wednesday at the Conway Boatman Chapel at Union College in Barbourville, and Friday in the Barbourville School Gym all on the week of May 14-20, 2006.
